Our client, a real estate owner/operator in Fort Worth, TX, is looking for an AP Analyst to oversee the company’s payables operations. This role is responsible for working through the full accounts payable cycle for their Property Management businesses.
This role is in-office 5 days/week.
Responsibilities:- Process day-to-day accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors while maintaining strong internal controls
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor issues promptly
- Adhere to AP policies, procedures, and systems
- Assist with month-end close and audits related to accounts payable
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1+ years of accounts payable experience
- AP within Real Estate / Property Management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting systems including Yardi and Quick Books
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
