Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

Leading aviation solutions provider seeking an Accounting Specialist to provide full‑cycle accounting support within our finance department in Fort Worth. The role requires strong collaboration skills in a fast‑paced, small office environment.

Salary: $25 - $27 per hour.

Schedule:

First shift, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

• Accounts Receivable: Review and post customer invoices daily to maintain a healthy cash flow.
• Accounts Payable: Record incoming vendor invoices accurately and manage all aspects of payment processing.
• Banking & Treasury: Handle critical banking functions, including the execution and management of ACH transfers, wire transfers, and remittances
  .
• Logistics & Freight Billing: Oversee all freight billing activities, which include processing shipping costs and providing comprehensive analysis of expenses by vendor.
• Sales Tracking: Maintain and update the internal Monthly Sales file on a daily basis to provide real‑time data to leadership.
• Internal Controls: Assist in developing and enforcing internal accounting policies to protect company assets and ensure workflow efficiency.

• 3+ years of experience in accounting
• Experience level: experienced
• Associate degree required
