Revenue Accounting Manager

We’re looking for a Revenue Accounting Manager to take ownership of revenue reporting, lead a team, and help elevate accounting operations through better data, processes, and controls. This is a highly visible role working across Finance, Operations, and Sales to ensure accuracy, scalability, and insight into revenue performance.

• Lead day-to-day revenue accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
• Manage and develop a team, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met
• Analyze and validate large, complex datasets to support accurate revenue reporting
• Maintain and improve revenue-related processes, workflows, and reporting tools
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure proper revenue recognition and alignment across teams
• Support audits and reporting requirements, including preparation of supporting schedules
• Strengthen internal controls and help define accounting policies and procedures
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency through automation

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting and/or industry)
• Prior experience leading or mentoring others
• Strong understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition principles
• Experience working with modern data tools (e.g., SQL, Alteryx, Power BI, or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and work cross-functionally
