This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential for long-term employment based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
* Process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
* Review invoices for proper approvals and coding.
* Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
* Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments.
* Maintain accurate AP records and documentation.
* Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
Vendor Relations
* Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
* Research and resolve payment issues in a professional and timely manner.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth invoice processing
Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
