LHH is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team in Roanoke, TX. This role combines traditional accounts payable responsibilities with administrative support, vendor relations, and customer service functions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential for long-term employment based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

* Process vendor invoices accurately and timely.

* Review invoices for proper approvals and coding.

* Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

* Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments.

* Maintain accurate AP records and documentation.

* Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

Vendor Relations

* Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries.

* Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors.

* Research and resolve payment issues in a professional and timely manner.

* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth invoice processing

Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
