Accounting Manager- CAREER PATH

Overview

I’m partnering with a rapidly growing, private equity-backed industrial platform in Fort Worth that is looking to add an Accounting Manager to its leadership team.

This is not a “maintain the status quo” type of role.

The company has grown aggressively through acquisitions and now operates at approximately $750M in revenue with a national footprint. They are actively upgrading talent, improving processes, and building scalable infrastructure to support continued expansion.

This position reports directly to the Controller and works closely with CFO leadership in what is truly a high-visibility #2 role within the accounting organization.

• Heavy involvement with integrations, operational partnership, and transformation efforts

• Strong industry accounting experience within manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environments
• Background in cost accounting and inventory
• Blend of public accounting plus industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience with in multi-entity and/or acquisitive environments is a plus

• Supporting month-end close, consolidations, and financial reporting
• Enhancing cost accounting, inventory, and margin analysis
• Partnering with operations leadership on manufacturing/distribution costs
• Assisting with acquisition integrations and reporting standardization
• Strengthening controls and helping scale the accounting function
• Mentoring and developing staff
