Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and year-end consolidated financial statements.
- Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Partner with the Financial Reporting team on the annual audit process.
- Support the accounting team in implementing process improvements and strengthening internal controls.
- CPA license or active CPA candidate required.
- Minimum of 2 years of audit experience at a public accounting firm.
- Experience working with SEC registrants preferred.
- Industry experience in Restaurant, Retail, or Media is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP with the ability to research and apply technical guidance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with various financial software and reporting systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability for high work standards.
- Emotional intelligence and collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork.
- Information Monitoring – Establishing processes to track and manage relevant financial data.
- Work Standards – Holding yourself and others to high levels of excellence and accountability.
- Technical/Professional Knowledge – Staying current with developments in accounting and reporting.
- Analytical Proficiency – Applying qualitative and quantitative methods to support decision‑making.
