This position is well suited for a high‑performing, motivated professional interested in continued development and expanded leadership scope. The role offers opportunities to deepen technical accounting expertise, strengthen business partnerships, and assume additional responsibilities as the team responsibilities grow. This role serves as a key pipeline position for future senior or supervisory opportunities within the Accounting organization.

  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in accounting systems; participate in system maintenance, enhancements, integrations, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Support external audit requests by preparing reconciliations and journal entry support; ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting controls.
  • Act as backup to the Accounting Manager during absences, providing informal leadership, prioritization support, and continuity of operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
