Accounting Clerk

Job Description

is seeking a talented Accounting Clerk to contribute to the success of the company by performing a variety of complex accounting tasks, which include processing and auditing various accounting transactions, resolving issues and generating reports.

• Support the day‑to‑day processing of the department by researching invoice issues.
• Manual data entry of invoices in Concur and Syteline, as needed.
• Research vendor statements and work to resolve outstanding issues.
• Establish working relationships with internal and external customers/vendors.
• Assist with special projects, as assigned.

• High School Diploma.
• Effective computer skills (Microsoft applications).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work with minimal direction – independent discretion and judgment.
• Good team player attitude.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to focus on detail.
