The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage the full accounts receivable lifecycle to support healthy corporate cash flow. This role requires a blend of precise technical accounting and professional communication, overseeing customer billing, payment posting, account reconciliations, and specialized construction collection workflows.
Salary: $52,000 - $62,400 per year

- Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.
- Process and post incoming customer payments, including checks, ACH, wire transfers, and credit cards.
- Prepare and reconcile daily bank deposits against the general ledger.
- Monitor aging accounts and perform professional collection activities on past-due balances.
- Act as the dedicated point of contact for customer billing inquiries, payment status, and account discrepancies.
- Prepare, file, and track mechanics liens and associated construction payment documentation when required.
- Perform regular account reconciliations to clear outstanding balances and resolve variances.
- Support month-end close activities, ledger balancing, and accounts receivable reporting.
