• Public accounting tax experience at Associate or Senior Associate level
• Strong experience preparing returns across individuals and business entities
• A solid technical foundation and a genuine drive to keep improving
• Someone who wants real exposure to planning and consulting work, not just compliance
• Comfortable communicating with clients and taking real ownership of work
• CPA or EA, or actively working toward it, preferred
