is seeking a talented Accounting Clerk to contribute to the success of the company by performing a variety of complex accounting tasks, which include processing and auditing various accounting transactions, resolving issues and generating reports.

• Support the day-to-day processing of the department by researching invoice issues
• Manual data entry of invoices in Concur and syteline, as needed
• Research vendor statements and work to resolve outstanding issues
• Establish working relationships with internal and external customers/vendors
• Assist with special projects, as assigned

• High School Diploma
• Effective Computer Skills (Microsoft Applications)
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work with minimal direction – independent discretion judgment
• Good team player attitude
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to focus on detail
