Hatter & Associates is seeking resourceful and motivated professionals with prior accounting and tax experience.

This person will primarily be responsible for preparation of income tax returns for individuals and privately held businesses as well as an opportunity to provide full-service bookkeeping services and business advice to those entities. This professional will be a key element of our tax practice and will report directly to the tax partner.

The ideal candidate will be a CPA, or qualified for and actively preparing for the exam. Priority will be given to candidates with the following qualifications and experience:

• One to five years previous experience in public accounting
• Experience using PPC products, Quick Books, Intuit Pro-Series, and CCH Profx Engagement
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines
• Desire to share ideas and suggestions to continually improve our process
• Ability to travel within Tarrant County
