As an Accounting Manager, you will oversee the company financial operations and ensure accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial management. This position is critical to the delivery of financial information on a timely basis.

• Reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements
• Ensuring accuracy in financial reporting to provide reliable information to stakeholders
• Overseeing month‑end and year‑end closing processes, including preparation of financial statements, audit support and reconciling accounts
• Collaborating with third‑party service providers to enhance existing financial systems and implement improvements
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations (IFRS)
• Leading and mentoring accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
• Managing grants, subsidies and accounting related to government funding programs
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• CPA designation preferred
• 5+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, IFRS experience an asset
• Experience in practice accounting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
