Accounts Payable Specialist

• Process subcontractor pay applications and vendor invoices accurately and timely
• Review supporting documentation and ensure compliance requirements are met
• Maintain payment records and update internal tracking systems
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Support credit card expense processing and coding
• Coordinate with project teams and vendors regarding payment-related inquiries
• Assist with project closeout documentation and financial record maintenance
• Manage AP-related correspondence and document organization

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience within the construction industry
• Knowledge of construction-related sales tax requirements
• Experience working with accounting/ERP systems
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Experience with Vista/Viewpoint software
• Construction accounting background with subcontractor billing and compliance documentation experience
