Controller, Accounting, Financial Reporting

Regal Staffing Services is actively recruiting an experienced Controller for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a well-established industrial client in Fort Worth, TX. What You'll DoLead all day-to-day accounting and financial reporting activities.

Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis.

Manage and reconcile inter-company transactions across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Ensure compliance with GAAP and company financial policies.

Coordinate audits and maintain strong internal controls.

Supervise and mentor accounting staff.

Partner with operations leadership to improve financial performance and support business decisions.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.

What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.

Manufacturing or industrial accounting experience strongly preferred.

Demonstrated experience managing and reconciling inter-company transactions across multiple entities is required.

Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, consolidations, and internal controls.

Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

CPA or CMA is a plus.
