Job Title: Tax Senior
Salary: $115,000-$130,000/year
Location: Hybrid in Fort Worth TX - 2 days onsite/week

About the RoleAs a Tax Senior, you’ll support compliance, reporting, and technical research for complex, multi‑layered investment structures across private capital and real assets. You’ll work closely with senior team members to ensure accurate filings, clear documentation, and strong client service.
Responsibilities- Learn and apply technical tax concepts related to multi‑tier partnership and investment structures.
- Prepare and review organizational charts and documentation for complex entity arrangements.
- Coordinate with external compliance teams to resolve filing questions and regulatory matters.
- Draft responses and correspondence for federal, state, and local tax authorities.
- Identify tax and accounting issues and propose practical solutions.
- Conduct tax research to support compliance and advisory needs.
- Use firm technology and tax software to improve workflow, accuracy, and knowledge sharing.
- Communicate project status with team members at all levels and support smooth engagement execution.
- Complete assigned work within established timelines and budget expectations.
- Build strong working relationships across the firm and participate in training, development, and team initiatives.
- Work with mentors and managers to strengthen both technical capabilities and professional skills.
- Assist with ad‑hoc projects and special assignments as needed.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA license or active progress toward licensure.
- Prior experience in tax preparation or consulting (minimum one year).
- Exposure to private capital, real estate, or partnership structures is a plus.
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn complex topics quickly.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a hybrid environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
- Comfortable using technology to enhance accuracy and client service.
- Positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
