You will execute the annual SOX work plan, develop process documentation, and test key controls in compliance with SOX Sections 302 and 404, coordinating with owners and external auditors.
You’ll also help remediate control deficiencies, maintain documentation, and contribute to PCAOB standard alignment while guiding business groups on control matters and improving processes.
