Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Industry Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and reporting for our construction projects in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles specific to the construction industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA certification preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a construction-related role
• Proficiency in construction accounting software
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and relevant regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills

• Manage all accounting operations related to construction projects, including project costing, billing, and revenue recognition
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for construction projects
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations in the construction industry
• Collaborate with project managers and executives to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes for construction projects
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for project-specific requirements
