We are currently seeking a Revenue Accountant to join the Jetta Operating Accounting team. This position supports the Revenue Supervisor in accounting for operated and non-operated oil and gas properties, and will assist in closing revenue on a monthly basis.

• Record revenue for non-operated oil and gas wells.
• Record revenue for company operated wells.
• Monitor payout and gas balancing positions for non-operated properties.
• Handle owner relations inquiries and phone calls.
• Support Land Department with preparation of ad-hoc reports and analysis of data.
• Submit monthly reports to the Office of Natural Resources.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
• Work with land to monitor and analyze revenue in suspense.
• Assist other areas of accounting with special projects as needed.

• Experience using BOLO accounting system

• Must be able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to change, work in a team environment, and multi-task
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• One (1) or more years of oil and gas experience
