Position Summary: The Financial Reporting Manager reportsto the Chief Accounting Officer andis responsible for leading the Company'sfinancial consolidation and external reporting processes while delivering timely, accurate financial information that supports executive decision-making. Thisrole oversees enterprise-wide financial reporting, technical accounting,operational reporting, and KPI/dashboard development acrossa multi-entityorganization.

As a key business partner, the Financial Reporting Managercollaborates closely with Accounting, Treasury, Operations, andM&A teamsto ensure financial reporting is accurate, compliant with U.S. GAAP, and aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.

Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Accounting,Treasury, FP&A, Operations, and M&A teams to improve reporting processes and financial transparency.
  • Build trusted relationships with business leadersby providing timely, accurate, and insightful financial information.
  • Lead or participate in special projects, process improvement initiatives, and other dutiesasassigned.
  • Lead the monthlyconsolidation process for multiple legal entities, including intercompanyeliminations, noncontrolling interests, and consolidation entries.
  • Prepare and distributemonthly consolidated financial statements and management reporting packages.
  • Review financial results for newlyacquired or partner offices, providing variance analysis and operationalcommentary.
  • Create, maintain, and enhance financial reports within Sage Intacct.
  • Perform detailed reviews ofconsolidation and post-close journal entriesto ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Partner with the General Ledger Accounting Manager to ensure timely month-endclose and reportingdeliverables.
  • Support the annual financial statement auditby coordinating financial reporting schedules and responding to auditor requests.
Financial Analysis & Business Reporting
  • Lead monthly and quarterly variance analysis, explaining results against budget, forecast, and prior periods with actionable businessinsights.
  • Design,develop, and continuously improve executive dashboard sand KPI reporting to support operational performance.
  • Partner with Operations leadership to definereporting requirements,establish meaningful metrics, and improve businessvisibility.
  • Present financial results and performance trendsto senior leadership and operational stakeholders.
Technical Accounting & Compliance
  • Manage accounting and reporting for acquisitions, divestitures, entity restructurings,and other complex transactions.
  • Coordinate preparation of quarterly debt covenantcompliance reporting andlender certificates.
  • Serve as the accounting lead forthe implementation and adoption of newaccounting standards, includingASC 606, ASC
    842, andfuture U.S. GAAP updates.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and financial reporting documentation.
  • Partner with Treasuryon monthly cashflow reporting,debt accounting, interestexpense, and relateddisclosures.
  • Assist in maintainingeffectiveinternal controlsover financial reporting and support SOXcompliance initiatives,as applicable.
Required Knowledge, Skills& Abilities
  • Strong knowledge of financial consolidationsand U.S. GAAP financial reportingina multi-entityenvironment.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the abilityto translate complex financial data into meaningful business insights.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the abilityto communicate effectively with both finance and non-financeaudiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, anddrive resultsin a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including largedata sets, Pivot Tables,Power Query, and financial modeling.
  • Experience with cloud-based ERP systems;
    Sage Intacct experience preferred.
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, orsimilar) preferred.
