Our client is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Finance & Operations team. This role is responsible for supporting financial operations, accounting, reporting, and cash management activities while partnering with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving complex problems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Analyze and process financial transactions, funding requests, distributions, and other operational activities.
• Prepare general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, cash transactions, and account analyses.
• Support periodic financial reporting and operational reporting processes.
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to respond to inquiries and ensure timely, accurate information.
• Prepare financial analyses, reporting packages, and ad hoc reports for business partners.
• Assist with special projects focused on process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Monitor cash balances and support banking activities across multiple business entities.
• Maintain accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with internal controls and established procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial operations, fund operations, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including financial analysis and data manipulation.
• Experience working with accounting systems, general ledgers, financial reporting platforms, and large datasets.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
