What You'll Do

As a Senior Associate, you'll work closely with senior leadership while partnering with both Corporate Accounting and Operations in a highly visible, cross-functional role.

Key responsibilities include:

+ Assist with the monthly financial close process

+ Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations

+ Analyze financial results and prepare management reporting

+ Monitor operating expenses and ensure compliance with company policies

+ Process and reconcile intercompany transactions

+ Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives

+ Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects

+ Collaborate with leadership across multiple business functions

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting

+ CPA and or actively pursuing your CPA license is highly preferred

+ Minimum of 2+ years of public accounting, audit or tax, fund accounting or corporate accounting experience working closely with the general ledger for a large organization

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

+

Experience with a major ERP system

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
