What you’ll do- Investigate tax, title, and registration discrepancies
- Analyze DMV receipts, registration documents, and tax calculations
- Research state‑specific regulations and exceptions
- Help dealerships understand complex transaction outcomes
- Diagnose why calculated fees differ from fees assessed by state agencies
- Partner with product and operations teams to improve calculation accuracy
- Become a subject matter expert in vehicle tax and registration compliance
- You enjoy solving puzzles and researching answers
- You naturally investigate when something doesn’t make sense
- You are comfortable working with numbers and calculations
- You communicate complex topics clearly
- You pay attention to details without losing sight of the bigger picture
- You like becoming an expert in a specialized subject
