Senior Accountant - Fort Worth, TX - $100k-120k + Bonus

LHH is seeking a Senior Accountant for a client with a diversified investment portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to join a lean, collaborative team where you'll work directly with executive leadership, gain broad exposure to investment and operating company accounting, and play a key role in process improvements and a major technology implementation. Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial results across a complex portfolio of investment and operating entities.
• Perform general ledger analysis, reconciliations, and trend analysis to provide meaningful financial insights.
• Track alternative investments, review capital statements, and summarize investment performance.
• Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, treasury-related analysis, and decision support.
• Review expense requests and ensure timely, accurate payment processing.
• Support annual tax preparation by gathering and analyzing financial documentation.
• Assist with the implementation and ongoing enhancement of a new accounting and investment reporting system.
• Partner with leadership on ad hoc financial analysis, process improvements, and special projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2-8 years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting, family office, investment management, real estate, or fund accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, general ledger accounting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact confidently with executives and stakeholders.
