We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join our non-profit organization in Fort Worth, TX. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of non-profit accounting principles and regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Coordinate with external auditors and oversee the annual audit process
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff
• Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals
