Are you a degreed accounting professional with expertise in General Ledger (GL), Journal Entries (JE), Fixed Assets, and Reconciliations? Robert Half's Full-Time Engagement Professionals Practice (F-TEP) is expanding, and we're seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Degreed Senior Accountants.
About Us:
F-TEP is Robert Half's premier "loan staff" division, dedicated to hiring and retaining top-tier accounting and finance professionals for mission-critical projects with our clients. As a member of our team, you'll leverage your accounting expertise to support our clients' financial operations and contribute to the success of their projects.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise in General Ledger (GL) activities to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare and post Journal Entries (JE) to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Manage Fixed Assets records and depreciation schedules in accordance with accounting standards.
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in financial analysis and reporting activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- A minimum of 3-5 years' industry experience in accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of General Ledger (GL) processes and Journal Entries (JE).
- Experience with Fixed Assets management and depreciation schedules.
- Proficiency in account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
