Accounting Position
This position works directly with all members of the accounting department helping ensure that the financial records of the organization are created accurately and timely.
Job
Responsibilities include:
- Daily Cash Report
- Daily and Monthly Bank Reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
- Daily and Monthly Credit Card Charge Reconciliations
- Assist Controller in the Month End Close process
- Oversee, file and pay all state sales taxes
- Reconcile general ledger accounts as assigned
Looking for someone who is experienced in:
- Financial Management
- Has excellent organizational skills
- Has collaboration skills and is a team player
- Must display ethical conduct
- Must be thorough in complete tasks
- Must be able to meet deadlines
Business Dynamics experience a plus.
Must have a bachelor's degree in accounting, business or 3 to 5 years' experience in the field.
