Accountant, Financial Reporting, Bookkeeper​/ Accounting Clerk

Outova is looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Texas!

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys collaborating across teams.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a variety of accounting functions while helping support the continued growth of our organization.

• General ledger, journal entries, accruals & account reconciliations
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Inventory, gross margin & fixed asset schedules
• Accounts payable & accounts receivable support
• Tax and regulatory filings
• Identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Experience with accounting software — Quick Books preferred
• HRIS experience — UKG is a plus
• Working knowledge of GAAP and standard accounting procedures
• Strong attention to detail, organization & problem-solving skills
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
