Asset Manager

Become a Fixed Assets Manager at our growing client in a highly visible leadership role that oversees fixed assets accounting and capital project investments. This position offers extensive cross-functional exposure, the opportunity to influence operational and financial decision-making, and a key role in supporting business growth, process improvements, and financial integrity across the organization.

• Manage fixed asset accounting, capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and reconciliations.
• Oversee capital project cost tracking and project closeout activities.
• Monitor capital spending and provide financial insights to leadership.
• Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and accounting processes.
• Prepare fixed asset reporting, schedules, and monthly close deliverables.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational and finance initiatives.
• Lead and develop the fixed asset team.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other relevant fields of study.
• 7+ years of fixed asset, project accounting, or related experience.
• A CPA or parts passed towards completion is a major plus.
• Prior leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of capitalization, depreciation, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting internal controls and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
