A mid market public accounting firm in Fort Worth, TX, around 100 to 150 staff, is adding an experienced Audit Manager to the team. Enough scale to offer real client variety and a solid professional setup, but still small enough that Managers get genuine face time with leadership rather than a seat further down the org chart.

You'll work across a mix of commercial and nonprofit clients, which means broader experience than you'd typically pick up at a firm with a narrower audit focus. It's a good fit if you like leading engagements, working directly with clients, and developing junior staff, but want to do it somewhere that still feels personal rather than heavily layered.

• Solid audit experience at a CPA or public accounting firm, having managed engagements from planning through to completion
• Comfortable reviewing work, owning deadlines, talking directly with clients, and helping develop associates and seniors
• A mix of commercial and nonprofit client experience is particularly relevant
• CPA is highly valued, but overall fit and technical background matter just as much
