Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in accounting (AP, AR, billing, reconciliations)
- Intermediate Excel skills (formulas required)
- Self-directed, reliable work ethic
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Experience in construction or property management - Bonus:
Familiarity with Yardi or Starbuilder software
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
