OverviewThe Senior Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the daily work activities for the President by assisting with clerical and project support, facilities management, document management, and other duties as assigned. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners. The Senior Administrative Assistant must have discretion managing confidential information and board‑level materials.
Essential Functions:

- Maintain the calendar, meeting schedule, and contacts of the President.
- Maintain internal records of the Company.
- Prepare correspondence, contracts, presentations, and other file-related documents.
- Support the preparation of PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Help with project oversight.
- Organize and provide assistance during meetings as requested; record, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes.
- Assist with general office inquiries and provide proactive escalation as appropriate.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a high-growth or complex organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of applications, collaborative meeting platforms, and general office equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience with energy management firm.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Four (4) to six (6) years of related experience or training
Education and Experience
- Texas Oil & Gas experience
- Commissioned Notary Public

Travel is primarily local during the business day. This position is an individual contributor to the department and is responsible for their individual performance management within that department. The job operates in a professional office environment with standard office equipment. Occasional lifting up to twenty-five pounds may be necessary. The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the production areas, which may require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection.
This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., with occasional evenings and weekend work as needed.
