Overview
Job Title: Compliance Administrative Specialist
Locations: Goodwill North Central Texas — 4005 Campus Drive, Fort Worth, Texas
Salary: $18.00-$18.50, depending on experience
Work Hours: FT (40 Hours Week), Monday through Friday; evenings and weekends as needed.

ResponsibilitiesGeneral
Job Duties:
Conduct in-house real-time audits on program files ensuring procedural guidelines and eligibility standards are met. Complete eligibility audits for assigned programs within designated timelines with complete accuracy. Maintain Workforce Development file management system for all client and program files, ensuring accurate, timely and complete program and personnel status data. Assist in the research and analysis of assigned programs to produce reports pertaining to audits and program outcomes.
Maintain all spreadsheets, including audit tracking, with special emphasis on the gathering of relevant data and accuracy for audits. Assist with inventory management, Test Center operations, Reception area coverage, issuing and auditing Support Service vouchers to program staff, provide administrative support to members of Workforce Development, and any other duties as assigned. Complete all required LMS and Compliance training assigned.
Skills and
Minimum Qualifications:
Advanced experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel; familiar with the Internet and Microsoft Outlook (e-mail). Must have excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills. Excellent math, spelling, and grammar skills. Clear oral and written communication skills. Must be able to learn quickly and work independently. Strong experience in office procedures and use of office machines.
Some college and receptionist experience preferred. One year secretarial/administrative support experience required and the ability to learn quickly is necessary.
Office environment, mobile, ability to sit for prolonged periods of time, and able to lift 10-20 lbs. periodically with or without accommodations.
