Description: The Administrative Assistant functions as a key front-office and operational support contributor responsible for delivering an exceptional client and employee experience within the Prime Capital Tax Advisory office. This role serves as the welcoming face of the Fort Worth location, ensuring professional reception coverage, administrative coordination, and day-to-day office readiness. The Administrative Assistant partners closely with Tax Advisory leadership and staff to maintain an organized, client-focused environment while supporting various administrative and office management needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders, providing a warm, professional welcome in person and over the phone.
  • Answer and route incoming calls promptly while maintaining a high standard of client service and responsiveness.
  • Support daily office operations by ensuring supplies, snacks, beverages, and hospitality items are consistently stocked and available for staff and clients.
  • Maintain a polished, organized office environment that reflects Prime Capital’s commitment to service excellence.
  • Assist Tax Advisory partners and team members with administrative tasks including scheduling, document preparation, scanning, filing, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, client appointments, and office-wide support needs as requested.
  • Monitor office workflows and proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
  • Escalate facility issues, client concerns, or urgent administrative needs promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute to a collaborative office culture through a positive, service-oriented mindset and willingness to support ad hoc projects.
Education/

Experience:
  • High school diploma required; associate degree or additional administrative training preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or client service support role preferred.
  • Strong customer service aptitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general office systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced professional
