Location:
Fort Worth, TX (On-site – Must work from the office)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all who enter our establishment. Your responsibilities will encompass not only managing the front desk operations but also ensuring that all guest inquiries and requests are handled with efficiency and professionalism.
In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with clients and assisting in administrative tasks to support our business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist all visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to appropriate departments and personnel.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure that all materials are stocked and presentable.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members as needed.
- Handle inquiries and resolve any visitor issues or complaints with effective problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room setup and refreshments as required.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing, to support the office.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a front desk executive or similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
