******************** Visitor Control HSPD 12 Specialist perform identity proofing, enrollment, credential issuance/activation, and visitor processing. Maintain logs and meet timeliness/accuracy thresholds.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Visitor Control - HSPD-12 Specialist will process access requests and PIV badges; serve as Registrar and Issuer/Activator.
* Verify individual identities and issue badges within 15 minutes maintaining timeliness and accuracy standards.
* Visitor Control - HSPD-12 Specialist will maintain detailed records and manage badge inventory.
* Maintain detailed records, manage badge inventory, and generate reports.
* Visitor Control - HSPD-12 Specialist will operate and maintain access control and visitor management systems, including USAccess, Identiv Velocity, and Easy Lobby, to ensure accurate credential issuance and visitor processing.
* Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
* Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable client specific adjudication
* Ability to efficiently use and learn access control and visitor management systems, including USAccess, Identiv Velocity, and Easy Lobby, supported by intermediate computer skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum/General

Experience:

* Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable client specific adjudication. Secret or Top Secret clearance is preferred.
* Must have 5+ years of administrative and/or customer service experience.
* Must have intermediate computer skills with proficiency or aptitude in USAccess, Identiv Velocity, and Easy Lobby.

Minimum Education:

HS Diploma or equivalent
