What You Will Be Doing

  • Maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel for senior leaders.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, memos, and presentation materials.
  • Coordinate meetings, develop agendas, and manage attendee notifications.
  • Compile data, generate comprehensive reports, and oversee expense and credit‑card reconciliation.
  • Guide and mentor other administrative staff while handling confidential information.

A collaborative professional with proven administrative expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to interact confidently with senior executives. You thrive in dynamic environments, manage sensitive information responsibly, and are eager to support multiple locations.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years Administrative Assistant experience
  • Excellent written/verbal skills. Microsoft Office:
    Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • LM Travel and expense reporting system, LM Hospitality System, LM Visitor Management System proficiency.
Desired Skills
  • Prior executive level support of a director or Vice President is desired.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proven ability to multi-task.
  • Proven interpersonal ability.
  • Proven system of follow‑up and action closure.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professional demeanor in stressful situations.
  • Effective organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience leading event (team engagement) planning.
  • Demonstrated effective problem solving skill.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part‑time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
