Toolad is seeking an Entry Level Marketing Assistant to support the preparation, coordination, and execution of on‑site marketing and event‑related activities in Fort Worth. This role focuses on hands‑on support, materials organization, and assisting the team to ensure activities run smoothly.

• Assist with preparing materials and supplies for on‑site activities
• Support setup and breakdown of marketing or event stations
• Provide on‑site assistance to team members during activities
• Track inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure smooth operations
• Provide general operational and administrative support

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented

• Office‑based position in Fort Worth, TX
