Interim Executive Assistant – North Fort Worth (this role is part-time)
The Executive Assistant provides high‑level administrative support to the General Manager and serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
This role also oversees administrative functions across the organization to ensure efficient, consistent support for all departments.
The ideal candidate exercises sound judgment, communicates effectively, manages multiple priorities, and works well in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.
The position requires the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and to manage projects independently from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the General Manager’s complex calendar, travel arrangements, expense reports, and confidential correspondence.
- Ensure the General Manager’s schedule is followed and commitments are met.
- Serve as a liaison between the General Manager, the Executive Team, managers, and staff.
- Research and prioritize incoming issues and determine appropriate follow‑up actions.
- Keep the General Manager informed of upcoming deadlines, responsibilities, and strategic priorities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all interactions.
- Support board‑related processes, including preparation and distribution of meeting materials.
- Participate in Executive Team meetings and assist with scheduling and coordination.
- Support senior management meetings, off‑sites, and company‑wide meetings.
- Maintain updated biographical materials and respond to information requests.
- Draft and edit communications and prepare materials for external stakeholders.
- Work with Strategic Initiatives on outreach activities.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Deliver high‑quality work under deadline pressure with minimal supervision.
- Utilize strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
Qualifications:
8+ years of administrative experience, including 5–10 years supporting C‑level executives.
Experience in communications and partnership development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
