Job SummaryThe Christian Church Foundation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support two Development Officers in our Fort Worth office. This part-time role (approximately 24 hours per week) is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment and enjoys providing strong administrative and customer service support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage correspondence, mail, and incoming calls
- Assist with meetings and event coordination
- Maintain office inventory, files, and records
- Update databases and contact reports
- Coordinate workflow and collaborate with colleagues, including the Indianapolis office
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with Raiser’s Edge, RENXT, or OnBase is a plus
