Strittmatter Wealth Management Group, LLC is seeking a driven, detail oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Operations Apprenticeship program. Strittmatter Wealth Management Group is a boutique Registered Investment Advisor based in Fort Worth, Texas, serving high net worth individuals and business owners since 2007. We specialize in retirement planning, investment management, and advanced business planning strategies. As an independent firm, we provide access to alternative investments, private real estate portfolios, and institutional level managers that differentiate us in the marketplace.

Position Details
  • Location:

    Fort Worth, TX
  • Schedule:

    Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Compensation: $20 to $25 per hour plus performance-based bonus
  • Status:
    Full Time, 40 plus hours per week
  • Benefits:

Job Responsibilities
  • Custodial account processing including new accounts, transfers, distributions, rollovers, Roth conversions, required minimum distributions, and account maintenance
  • Serve as liaison between clients, advisors, custodians, and third-party providers
  • Manage CRM systems, reporting metrics, NAUM tracking, and post meeting workflows
  • Prepare investment proposals, process trades, and assist with insurance applications and underwriting coordination
  • Support advisors with licensing, training coordination, and scheduling
  • Handle administrative functions including phones, mail, scanning, meeting preparation, and event support
  • Assist with policy updates, research projects, hiring support, and operational documentation
Job Requirements
  • Minimum five years of administrative experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong operational and multitasking capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional judgment and consistent ethical standards
  • Financial services experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Redtail, Veo One, Adhesion, eMoney, Riskalyze, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Robo Form, Guru, and Precise FP
