Job DescriptionSkill Bridge Academy is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Service Account Assistant to support our client service and account management operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring accurate documentation, and assisting with the coordination of service‑related activities.

Responsibilities- Assist account managers in coordinating client service activities
- Maintain and update client records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Prepare reports, service summaries, and documentation as needed
- Support onboarding processes for new service accounts
- Monitor service timelines and follow up on outstanding items
- Communicate with clients to ensure service expectations are met
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline account workflows
- Provide administrative support to enhance overall service efficiency
