DAILY
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide temporary administrative staffing support to the PD – Procurement & Contracts Department
- Perform administrative functions as defined under the Master Professional Services Agreement
- Support departmental procurement and contracts operations
- Complete assigned administrative tasks within the anticipated total hours (1,040 hours)
- Comply with Client's policies and MSA requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):
- Experience supporting Procurement and Contracts functions
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work onsite in Fort Worth, TX
- Ability to manage workload within defined contract hours
PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):
- Prior experience working with City or Government agencies
- Experience working under structured Master Service Agreements
- Familiarity with municipal procurement processes
