Position Summary

The Campus Registrar ensures accurate student enrollment, attendance reporting, records management, and PEIMS compliance in accordance with state and federal requirements. This role also supports front office operations and collaborates closely with the Campus Secretary to maintain efficient campus systems.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate student enrollment; ensure cumulative records meet state requirements.
  • Maintain and submit accurate attendance records and required PEIMS documentation.
  • Process enrollment, withdrawal, and leaver codes in compliance with state guidelines.
  • Compile, verify, and issue official student transcripts.
  • Maintain confidential student records using secure and organized filing systems.
  • Prepare and submit required campus reports to Central Administration.
  • Communicate professionally with parents, students, staff, and corporate personnel.
  • Support front office operations by assisting with visitor management and call routing as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Campus Secretary to ensure timely processing of timesheets, purchase orders, and required documentation.
  • Assist with coordination of school supplies, curriculum orders, and event logistics.
  • Support financial tracking procedures related to student activities and campus operations.
  • Maintain accurate calendars and assist with assemblies or campus events as assigned.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively and perform additional duties as required.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Knowledge of student records management and confidentiality standards.
  • Strong organizational and data accuracy skills.
  • Proficiency with office equipment and student information systems; 60+ WPM preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn customized software programs and manage compliance timelines.
