Summer Internship - Administration

Benbrook Water Authority is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to support our Administrative and Business Services functions. This internship offers hands-on exposure to public sector operations, including Human Resources, Finance, Customer Service, IT, and Executive Management.

This is a structured, project-based internship designed to provide real-world experience in municipal administration and public service.

• Assisting with data entry, reporting, and document preparation
• Supporting HR initiatives and employee programs

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Enrolled in or recently graduated from high school, trade school, or college (Business, Public Administration, Finance, Communications, HR, or related field preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Professional and dependable
• Interest in local government or public service
