Key Responsibilities- Enter and process a high volume of sales orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Review, validate, and update order details to ensure completeness and correctness
- Support order management activities, including tracking and status updates
- Maintain organized and compliant documentation for contracts and transactions
- Process required forms and ensure all information aligns with internal standards
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processing
- Consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Previous experience in data entry, order processing, or administrative support
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with a strong sense of urgency
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8-5 PM
- Employment Type: contract to hire
- Compensation: $20-22/hr.
- Location: Fort Worth, TX 76109
