Purpose:

Ensure efficient operation of the school administrative office and provide clerical services for the school's administrative staff.

Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate attendance records, perform data entry including attendance, Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS) data, and grades.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient word processing, file maintenance skills, and 10-key skills
• Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use a personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets, databases, and perform word processing
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Ability to meet established deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
• Maintain strict confidentiality in performing duties of an Office Aide III
• Bilingual preferred
• One to three years of office experience, preferably in a public education environment

Salary: $28,800 starting salary, based on verified relevant work experience. Salary will be adjusted to the start date.

Compensation Plan: 2025/2026. Work Calendar: 217 days.
