Assistant Manager

Be the heartbeat of the community. The Liberty Group is hiring experienced Assistant Community Managers to support leasing, resident relations, and rent/collections at apartment communities.

Pay ranges from $21 to $23 per hour, depending on experience.

• 6+ months apartment / multi-family leasing experience
• Familiar with Fair Housing and leasing best practices
• Valid government-issued
• Comfortable with rent collection, resident communication, and office systems
• (If required) Available to work weekends / peak office hours

• Collect rent and ancillary fees; assist with delinquency follow-up and collections
• Post income and deposits accurately and on time
• Support move-out inspections and unit file documentation
• Assist with leasing: tours, follow-up, applications, and resident communication
• Provide strong customer service to residents and prospects
• Support day-to-day office operations and administrative needs

• Apartment software experience (Yardi, Real Page/One Site, MRI, App Folio, etc.)
• Luxury, lease-up, rehab, or tax credit (LIHTC) exposure
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a strong plus
