Executive Administrative Support
Executive administrative support needed to support new Director.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of recent and demonstrated extensive experience providing administrative assistant support to executive level clients. Experience working at a defense contractor facility. 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint and Teams - use of formulas, tables, charts, pivot tables, import/export data, creating new presentations and editing existing ones, teams channels, file sharing, etc. Must have previous experience with travel booking software (Concur preferred), coordinating complex travel arrangements and reconciling expense reports.

Effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Experience managing travel arrangements and completing timely expense reports. Proven ability to foster a positive team culture, identifying opportunities to make a larger team more effective. Able to apply a systematic approach to action items and deadlines. Familiarity with LM
-wide systems such as My Timecard, LM Travel, LM Expenses (Concur), and Iron Mountain Connect. Familiarity with LM policies and procedures.
