Office Manager

CSI Recruiting is working with a growing energy company to identify a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Office Manager. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while providing administrative support to a team of professionals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and takes pride in creating a professional, welcoming office environment for employees and visitors alike.

This is a fully in-office position, located in downtown Fort Worth. Standard office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including ordering office and kitchen supplies, answering phones, greeting visitors, processing mail and deliveries, and maintaining a professional office environment.
  • Coordinate multiple calendars, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and email communications.
  • Serve as the primary contact for office vendors, including IT, telecommunications, building management, and other service providers.
  • Provide administrative support to the team and assist with special projects as needed.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, employee celebrations, and team-building activities.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, equipment setup, building access, and benefits enrollment.

DESIRED

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 10+ years of administrative experience; energy or oil & gas industry experience preferred.
  • Enjoys working with people and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment.
  • Experience coordinating travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, including managing multiple calendars.
  • Experience with Open Invoice and accounts payable processes preferred.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional, polished, and confident interacting with employees, executives, visitors, and vendors.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proactive self-starter who takes initiative and follows through with minimal direction.
  • Able to prioritize effectively, adapt to changing needs, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Team player who is willing to help wherever needed.

LOCATION:

This is a fully in-office position based in downtown Fort Worth, Texas. Candidates who live within a reasonable commuting distance are strongly preferred.
